Their team – Steven Sun and Gael Benoit in particular – were very receptive to feedback and offering customizations to better meet our team’s needs. ECx Manager is a powerful platform, but there were limitations that we outgrew quicker than expected. Otherwise, five-star people making products that set the bar high for change management software.

We use CADLink by QBuild Software to integrate SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM with Made2Manage, and it has become a critical part of our engineering-to-ERP workflow. CADLink reliably transfers BOMs, part numbers, revisions, and metadata directly from SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM into Made2Manage, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. The mapping between SolidWorks properties, PDM data, and Made2Manage tables helps ensure clean and accurate releases from engineering.
CADLink handles revision control and engineering changes coming from SolidWorks PDM. Once designs are approved in PDM, the data is pushed into Made2Manage in a controlled and repeatable way, so manufacturing and purchasing are always working with the latest released information. The tool is flexible enough to align with our existing Made2Manage configuration and SolidWorks standards without forcing major changes to our processes. I especially like the color coding of changes so we can visually see the changes about to be uploaded.
Overall, CADLink has improved data integrity and the connection between engineering and production. It’s a practical and reliable solution for teams that need dependable CAD-to-ERP integration.

I have been working in Preparation to introduce Epicor to the company i work in NC Engineering. The process getting software that ties and communicates from one process to the other is Key, to this end we have been supported by Qbuild, this journey that we are on has been less painful than we thought, there were issues because we selected Advanced Unit of measure in Epicor but so far Qbuild have provided solutions to help us on our way towards a target implementation in Feb 2026.
