CAD ERP Integration
DesignLink provides direct, realtime connectivity for a bidirectional CAD ERP link. Whether you need a SolidWorks Visual Manufacturing BOM interface, an AutoCAD SyteLine link or Pro Engineer Wildfire Navision CAD ERP integration, Designlink will eliminate multiple CAD ERP data entries and simplify CAD ERP data input to one window. We currently have database links in place for Exact MAX ERP CAD Link, Infor Visual Manufacturing ERP CAD integration, Infor SyteLine ERP CAD interface and Navision ERP CAD Link. We are always working on integrating new ETO ERP systems to industry standard CAD packages such as SolidWorks BOM interface, AutoCAD BOM link and Pro Engineer WildFire Integration.
Engineering Change (ECN/ECO) Manager
The next step in ETO CAD ERP integration, is adding Engineering Change Order Manager to your AutoCAD BOM link or SolidWorks BOM interface (we now offer Pro Engineer Wildfire ERP integration too). The more closely integrated your CAD-ERP systems are, the greater your savings in productivity. QBuild’s ECN ERP Link requires engineering staff to be closely connected with production. Open order and Inventory balance information is provided to engineering during changes to parts, requiring disposition recommendations to be made – Scrap, Rework or OK. This ensures the SolidWorks BOM interface and AutoCAD BOM link data are working together with the ETO ERP data. We currently have database interfacing for Exact MAX ERP CAD Link, Infor SyteLine ERP CAD interface, Infor Visual Manufacturing ERP CAD integration and Microsoft Navision ERP CAD Link allowing your ERP system to be directly connected to your Engineering Change Manager.
ERP Integrated Engineering Time Sheet
QBuild’s Engineering TimeSheet application complements our suite of CAD ERP productivity enhancing products. Easy to use and complete with reporting tools for project leaders, the finance department and of course the engineering manager, the Engineering TimeSheet makes department data accessible, readable and understandable. The Engineering Timesheet helps you effectively manage your department and understand what disciplines and activities take the most time and why. What’s more, your data can be directly integrated with your Exact MAX ERP CAD Link and MAPICS Infor Sytline ERP CAD interface databases.
CAD ERP Part Search Tool
Part Surfer is a unique CAD ERP interface tool, allowing your engineering staff to make big productivity gains in finding and manipulating ERP data. Part Surfer’s CAD ERP Link will show engineering ERP data such as vendor part number and allow advanced, compound searches including multilevel BOMs. Part Surfer completes the SolidWorks ERP Link with view drawing capability.
Platform Specific Tools
QBuild has developed a number of platform specific tools to enhance the SolidWorks BOM integration, for example. How about an AutoCAD BOM link tool that linked directly into your Exact MAX ERP (CAD Link), MAPICS Infor SyteLine ERP (CAD Link) or any other ERP database?
